Simple cork wallet that can be stuffed with lots of cards and an ID slot.
Side edges are sealed with edgecoat paint. Top edges are burnt with laser cutter, which seals the edge. If you get a fry or fabric hair you can snip it or lightly burn off with a lighter...lightly.
